青春期糖尿病雄鼠血清生化组分分析

摘    要:目的:以雄性大鼠为观察对象,探讨糖尿病对青春期血清生化成分变化的影响。方法:采用日本日立牌7150型生化自动分析仪(Hitachi7150Automaticanalyzer)测试。结果:血清ALB、TP、PA、CRE、P、Ca、ICDH在各组间比较没有显著差异;UA、BUN、TBA、GPT、LAP、CK、AKP、TACP在C(对照组),DCIR(胰岛素及时治疗糖尿病),DDIR(胰岛素延迟治疗糖尿病)和D(糖尿病)组中依次升高,而TG、CHO和GOT只在D组显著升高。结论:胰岛素及时治疗效果明显优于延迟治疗

Analysis of serum biochemistry compositionsin puberty rats with diabetes
Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of diabetes on the changes of serum biochemistry compositions using male Wistar rats as abservation target.Methods:All of results were determined by the use of Hitachi 7150 automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results:There were no significant differences in the concentrations of serum ALB,TP,PA,CRE,P,CA and activity of ICDH among 4 groups;the level of serum UA,BUN,TBA and the activities of CPT,LAP,CK,AKP,TACP progressively inceased in order of C (control), DCIR (diabetes with continuons insulin replacement),DDIR (Diabetes with delayed insulin replacement),and D (diabetes) groups;the levels of serum TG,CHO and GOT were significantly higher than that of C.Conclusion:Effect of DCIR was significantly better than that of DDIR.
