| 摘 要： | 目的观察奥施康定用于慢性非癌性疼痛治疗的安全性及不良反应发生率。方法颈肩腰腿痛、神经痛等慢性非癌性疼痛病人30例,应用奥施康定片剂治疗,记录治疗期间便秘、恶心呕吐、嗜睡、头痛、呼吸困难等不良反应出现情况。结果在治疗过程中,便秘的发生率30·00%,以轻中度为主;其次为恶心呕吐6·67%;其它均低于5·00%,且不良反应随用药时间延长而有减少趋势。结论奥施康定可安全有效应用于慢性非癌性疼痛病人的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the safety and adverse effects incidence of OxyContin in chronic noncancer pain therapy. Methods 30 chronic noncancer pain patients receiving OxyContin treatment, record the type and incidence of adverse effects. Results The incidence of eonstipation is 30% , most of lower and middle intensity; and the less is incidence of nausea 6.67% ; the rest are less than 5%, And the adverse effects will be alleviated along the time, Conclusion OxyContin is safe and effective for the management of chronic noncancer pain, |
