闭合穿针固定治疗三段性尺桡骨骨干骨折

目的 探讨闭合穿针固定治疗三段性尺桡骨骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法 在C臂X线机监视下分别从尺骨鹰嘴及桡骨远端闭合穿针、手法整复，配合石膏托外固定治疗三段性尺桡骨骨干骨折24例。结果 24例均获随访，时间11—23个月，平均12个月。20例骨性愈合。愈合时间4—7个月，平均5．3个月；2例延迟愈合，2例不愈合。结论 闭合穿针固定治疗三段性尺桡骨骨干骨折具有创伤小，疗效好，易于操作等特点。

Closed pinning for 3 segments radioulnar fractures

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of closed pinning for 3 segments radioulnar fractures. Mcthotis 24 cases of 3 segments radioulnar fractures were treated with closed reduction, percutaneous pinning under Carm image intensifier and plaster splint immobilization. Results 24 cases were followed up for 11-23 months, 12 on average. 20 got bony healing in 4 - 7 months, 5.3 on average. 2 got delayed union, and 2 got nonunion. Conclusions Closed pinning for 3 segments radioulnar fractures is less invasive, effective and easy to be operated.
