耳针对拟阿尔茨海默病模型大鼠海马神经原纤维缠结的影响

摘    要:目的:研究耳针对拟阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s Disease,AD)模型大鼠海马神经原纤维缠结(NFT)的影响。方法:采用冈田酸(Okadaic Acid,OA)海马CA1区微量多次注射建立拟AD大鼠模型,针刺肾、脑耳穴,观察大鼠行为学变化,Bielschowsky染色观察海马神经原纤维缠结(neurobrillary tangles,NFT)。结果:与模型组比较,耳针组大鼠平均逃避潜伏期明显缩短(P〈0.01),第Ⅲ象限活动时间明显延长(P〈0.01),穿越站台次数明显增多(P〈0.01),海马CA1区NFT数量明显减少(P〈0.01)。结论:耳针可显著改善拟AD模型大鼠学习记忆能力,抑制NFT的形成。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of otopuncture on neurofibrillary tangles(NFT) in hippocampal region of Alzheimer disease(AD)-like model rats.Methods: AD-like mode1 rats established by injecting okadaic acid(OA) into hippocamal CA1 region(HCR) with microdosis repeatedly were treated with acupuncture at ear points of kidney and Nao.The behavior changes of rats were recorded and NFT in HCR was observed on Bielschowsky stained sections.Results: Compared with model rats that did not receive otopuncture treatment,the average escape latency of treated rats obviously shortened(P〈0.01),the movement time obviously prolonged in the third quadrant in spatial probe test,after the platform was removed(P〈0.01),and times of traversing platform obviously increased(P〈0.01).Number of NFT in HCR significantly reduced in those treated rats.(P〈0.01).Conclusions: Ear acupuncture can improve the learning and memory capability of model rats,inhibit the formation of NFT,and remit AD symptoms.
