2型糖尿病脑卒中患者血尿酸水平相关因素的分析

目的:观察血尿酸水平与2型糖尿病合并脑卒中的关系,并分析影响2型糖尿病脑卒中患者血尿酸水平的因素。方法:对正常对照组、2型糖尿病脑卒中组、单纯脑卒中组、和单纯2型糖尿病组测定血尿酸、肌酐、血脂及血糖等水平。结果:2型糖尿病脑卒中组血尿酸水平、TG、BMI、WHR、FINS、HOMA指数、BP明显高于其他3组(P<0.05);血尿酸水平升高、高血压、高TG血症和低HDL血症是2型糖尿病脑卒中发病的危险因素(OR=1.64～2.75)。结论:糖尿病脑卒中血尿酸水平升高与肥胖、血脂异常、胰岛素抵抗及高血压密切相关。

Analysis of the factors related to serum uric acid in type 2 diabetes complicated by stroke

Objective To investigate the factors related to serum uric acid in type 2 diabetic patients complicated by stroke.Methods All cases were divided into four groups (normal,type 2 diabetic patients with stroke,simple stroke and type 2 diabetic patients).Serum uric acid(UA),lipids,glucose,and creatimine were tested quantitatively and analyzed statistically.Results The UA,TG,BMI,WHR,FINS,HOMA-IR index and BP of type 2 diabetic patients with stroke had markedly higher than those three groups(P< 0.05).Logistic regression analysis results suggested that UA,TG,HDL,HOMA-IR index,hypertension were the independent risk factors of type 2 diabetic patients with stroke(OR=1.64-2.75).Conclusion These results suggest that the increased serum uric acid concentrations in type 2 diabetic patients with stroke is associated with obesity,dyslipidemia,insulin resistance and hypertension.
