| 摘 要： | 由于桥小脑角特殊的解剖结构,听神经瘤手术一直是神经外科医师富于挑战性的手术之一,随着基础研究的深入和手术器械的改进,听神经瘤手术并发症已有大幅度下降,完好和较好的保护了面听神经功能,全面提高了手术效果和生存患者的生活质量,提高了肿瘤的根治水平,明显减低了肿瘤复发率。
