| 摘 要： | 心脏变时功能不全对心血管疾病的诊断和预后判断具有重要的应用价值,但是多年来这一指标在国内未受到重视,在临床工作中有关变时功能不全的信息未得到应用,造成重要医学信息丢失,现对心脏变时功能不全的研究进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | Heart chronotropic incompetence is important for the prognosis and diagnosis of cardiovascular disease.However,this index has been insufficiently understood and little used in clinics for many years.This article reviews the progress of chronotropic incompetence in cardiovascular disease. |
