| 摘 要： | <正>桡骨远端骨折是一种常见骨折,多见于老年人,尤其以绝经后妇女更为多见,骨质疏松是引起骨折的一个主要因素。由于骨质疏松,60岁以上老年人桡骨远端骨折不仅发病率高,且骨折常嵌插移位,粉碎性爆裂骨折,多累及关节面,给治疗带来难度。2005年8月至2008年8月采用折顶挤扣法配合中药外用治疗老年人桡骨远端骨折,现报告如下。
