UPLC-MS/MS法检测镇静安神类中药制剂及保健品中添加的化学药品

目的建立镇静安神类中药制剂及保健品中非法添加5种化学药品的检测方法。方法采用超高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱,多反应监测（MRM）模式进行定性和定量检测。结果5种化学药品测定的线性范围在0.5-500μg·L^-1之间,检出限在0.03-0.07μg·L^-1之间,3个水平的回收率在94.7%-98.4%之间。样品筛查结果发现有1批样品非法添加了艾司唑仑和氯丙嗪,有1批样品添加了地西泮。结论本方法选择性强、灵敏度高、处理方法简单,测定快速,可用于镇静安神类中药制剂及保健品中非法添加化学药品的测定。

Detection of Illegal Mixture in Traditional Chinese Medicines Preparation and Health Foods of Phenobarbital by UPLC-MS/MS

Objective To establish a specific method for determination of five chemicals in traditional Chinese medicines preparation and health foods of phenobarbital.Methods Qualitative and quantitative analysis by UPLC-MS/MS and multi-reactions monitoring（MRM） technology were carried out.Results The standard curves of the five chemicals showed good linearity over the concentration range of 0.5-500μg·L^-1.The detection limits of the five chemicals were between 0.03-0.07μg·L^-1 and the average recoveries were 94.7%-98.4%.All samples were tested,estazolam and chlorpromazine were founded in one sample and diazepam was founded in another sample.Conclusion The method is specific,sensitive,easy and quick.It can be used to detect five chemicals in traditional Chinese medicines preparation and health foods of phenobarbital.
