| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨先天性发育不全的病因,病理及CT诊断与鉴别诊断。材料与方法：本文对15例先天性肺发育不全患者的CT资料进行了回顾性分析。结果：15例CT扫描表现为患侧胸腔缩小、纵隔向患侧移位,患肺组织充气不良、胸廓发育良好。健侧肺血管纹理增粗、增多、无实变影。常合并其它畸形。结论：CT扫描直接、全面地显示先天性肺发育不全的表现,对本病的诊断具有很大价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose:Analysis CT results of congenital pulmonary aplasia to study the etiology,pathology,dignosis and differential diagnosis of the disease.Materials and Methods:Retrospective study the CT results of 15 patients of congenital pulmonary aplasia.Results:All patients show lateral thoracic cavity shrink,mediastinum shift.pulmonary atelectasis with normal thorax while contralateral lung grame work marked without consolidation.Conclusion:CT gives a direct sign of congenital pulmonary aplasia.playing a role of ... |
