VDT作业人员心理卫生状况研究

采用华西医科大学劳动卫生学教研室研制的系统化职业心理测量（ＯＰＴ）量表，对成都地区５１６名ＶＤＴ作业人员和３９６名对照人员的心理卫生状况进行考察。结果表明观察组总体上焦虑、对立、躯体不适明显高于对照组，随着上机时间延长，ＶＤＴ作业人员抑郁、躯体不适、强迫增高，尤以每周≥３０小时组、接触年限≥１０年组更为明显，提示每周上机时间时间不超过３０小时为宜。进行多因素分析发现年龄、从事计算机年限主要对心理卫生状况的负影响

Study on the Psychological Status of Video Display Terminal Operator

Occupational psychological test designed by the Labour Hygiene Department of West China University of Medical Sciences was applied to survey the mental health of 516 video display terminal (VDT) workers and 396 control workers in Chengdu. The results showed that mental health level of VDT workers was higher than that of controls. In the somatic disorder, anxious and hostile are increased obviously. With the prolonging of operating hours per week, somatic disorders, depression and obsession are increased, especially when VDT operating time is more than 30 hours per week and operating on VDT is more than ten years. This incidates that the operating hours should not be more than 30 hours per week. It is found by multiple factors analysis of data that the main adverse effects on mental health are age and VDT operating time.
