| Abstract: | The management of isolated fourth ventricle in Chiari II malformation remains a complex challenge. Commonly accepted treatment options have been associated with high rates of complications and failure. Cranio-cervical decompression and autologous expansile duroplasty may be an effective primary intervention for this condition. |
