| 摘 要： | 目的探讨软组织恶性纤维组织细胞瘤(MFH)的MRI表现及病理特点,提高对其的诊疗水平。资料与方法回顾性分析48例MFH患者的临床、影像及病理资料,男30例,女18例。结果席纹-多形型30例,MRT1WI显示肿瘤呈中-低信号,T2WI呈不均匀高信号,增强后有不均匀强化;黏液型10例,T2WI显示片状显著高信号;炎症型4例,巨细胞型4例,MRI显示所有病例信号不均匀。结论软组织MFH MRI表现与病理类型相关。席纹-多形型和黏液型的MRI表现具有一定的特点,但炎症型、巨细胞型的MRI表现不典型,确诊需依靠病理检查。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the MRI and pathological features of malignant fibrous histiocytoma(MFH)of the softtissue,in order to improve diagnostic accuracy.
