| 摘 要： | 目的:总结腹腔镜经胆囊管行胆总管探查术的临床应用经验。方法:回顾分析2006年12月至2009年4月我院为292例患者行腹腔镜经胆囊管胆总管探查术的临床资料。结果:经筛选符合适应证者占全部肝外胆道结石患者的89.1%(310/348),其中成功施行腹腔镜经胆囊管胆总管探查术292例,成功率94.2%(292/310),平均手术时间(92.00±37.24)m in,术后平均住院(2.52±1.91)d,平均治疗费用(13 942.78±4 316.66)元,无严重操作相关并发症发生。结论:腹腔镜经胆囊管行胆总管探查术治疗肝外胆道结石是一种理想的胆总管探查术式,合理掌握手术适应证和操作方法可取得较高的手术成功率和良好的疗效。
