| 摘 要： | 观察了高低两个剂量的叶下珠水提取物对雏鸭体内人工感染的乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(DHBsAg)表达的作用。用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测,实验结果表明,叶下珠提取物皮下给药高剂量(50mg/kg,ig Bid×10d)和低剂量(10mg/kg,ig Bid×10d)均能明显抑制DHBsAg的表达,转阴率分别为64％和46％。

| Abstract: | The article deals with the effects of an extract from Phyllanthus urinaria L. on DHBsAg in duck hepatitis model. The method of ELISA was used to determine the level of DHBsAg. When extracted powder was given at 50mg/kg ig bid and 10mg/kg ig bid,the levels of DHBsAg were decreased and the positive rate of DHBsAg was low in treatment groups. |
