夏枯草开音合剂治疗慢性喉炎40例临床研究

目的观察夏枯草开音合剂治疗慢性喉炎的临床疗效。方法将80例慢性喉炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例予夏枯草开音合剂,每次20 mL,每日2次口服;对照组40例予金嗓散结丸,每次60粒,每日2次口服。2组均1个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计临床疗效及治疗前后声音嘶哑、局部检查评分。结果治疗组总有效率92.3%,对照组总有效率82.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后声音嘶哑评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后局部检查评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论夏枯草开音合剂治疗慢性喉炎疗效疗效确切。

Clinical effect of Kaiyin mixture of Spica prunellae on the treatment of chronic laryngitis

Objective To investigate the effect of Kaiyin mixture of Spica prunellae on the treatment of chronic laryngitis.Methods 80 patients with chronic laryngitis were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in treatment group were treated by Kaiyin mixture of Spica prunellae,20 mL,twice a day.40 cases in control group were treated by Jinsangsanjie pill,60 pellets,twice a day.The therapeutic course was a month in two groups.The clinical effect and score of mucosal swelling of throat and vocal cords before and after treatment were recorded.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（92.3%） was higher than that in control group（82.5%,P0.05）.There was not statistically significant difference between two groups on hoarseness score after treatment（P0.05）.There was significant difference between two groups on the local inspection score after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Kaiyin mixture of Spica prunellae was better than that of Jinsangsanjie pill on the treatment of chronic laryngitis,and has obvious effect and little adverse effect.
