老年突发性耳聋的临床特征

目的 探讨老年突发性耳聋的主要致病因素、疗效、预后的相关因素等临床特点,以指导临床诊断与治疗. 方法 回顾性分析90例老年突发性耳聋患者和同期治疗的90例非老年患者的临床表现及预后,进行对比分析. 结果 老年组治疗总有效率为51.1％ (46/90),低于对照组71.1％( 64/90),且P＜0.05,老年组58.8％(53/90)合并有心脑血管疾病,明显高于对照组23.3％(21/90),2组间比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 老年人突聋发病前多已存在听觉系统退行性病变,且常合并较多的心脑血管疾病,这些因素均可影响其治疗效果和预后.

Clinical features of sudden deafness in the elderly

Objective To study the clinical features, therapeutic efficacy and affecting factors of sudden deafness(SD) in the elderly. Methods Ninety SD patients aged more than 60 years, and ninety young SD patients as controls were investigated. Results The total effective therapy rate in the elderly patients was 51.1%(46/90),lower than that in control patients(P<0.05).The result also showed higher incidence in cardiovascular diseases in the elderly group than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The treatment and the prognosis for hearing loss in the elderly are not as effective as in the controls.
