达英-35配合促排卵法治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕临床观察

目的对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者应用达英-35配合促排卵法治疗并观察其临床疗效。方法采用随机对照的方法选取我院多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者84例,将其分为对照组42例和治疗组42例。对照组单纯予达英-35治疗,治疗组患者应用达英-35结合促排卵法治疗,比较两组患者总体疗效,治疗前后血清激素水平,治疗后排卵率及受孕率。结果治疗组总有效率90.5%,优于对照组总有效率71.4%;经治疗后两组患者血清LH、T水平下降,LH/FSH比值恢复正常,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但治疗后两组激素水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗组在促进排卵上优于对照组（P〈0.05）,有利于有孕。结论达英-35配合促排卵法治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕有效,且比单纯达英-35治疗效果有优势,值得在临床上推广应用。

Clinical observation of Diane-35 combined ovulation method for treatment of infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Diane-35 combined ovulation method for treatment of infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS）. Methods： Eighty-four patients with infertility due to PCOS were randomly chosen and divided into 2 groups of 42 cases each. The control group was given Diane-35 alone while the treatment group was given Diane-35 combined ovulation method. Clinical Effects,serum hormone levels,ovulation rates and pregnancy rates of the 2 groups were compared. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 90. 5%,which was higher than that of the control group 71. 4%; after treatments,serum LH and T levels of the 2 groups dropped and LH / FSH ratio returned to normal level（ P 0. 05）; there was no significant difference between the groups in changes of hormone levels（ P 0. 05）. Ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of control group were lower than those in the treatment group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Diane-35 combined ovulation method is effective for treatment of infertility due to PCOS and it has better clinical effect than Diane-35 alone,so it is worth of being popularized in clinical application.
