1997～2004年婚前医学检查结果分析

目的:探讨提高婚前检查率和婚检质量的有效措施。方法:对贵州省1997～2004年婚前医学检查年报表的数据进行统计分析。结果:1997～2004年的平均婚检率47.99%,前6年婚检率处于较高水平,平均婚检率为60.89%,2003年后婚检率明显下降,2004年婚检率仅为2.46%(P<0.01)。8年疾病平均检出率为9.69%,检出主要疾病为传染病(含性病)、生殖系统疾病、遗传病和内科疾病。结论:做好婚检工作需要加强政府的政策引导,逐步实现由政府支付婚检基本项目费用;改进婚检工作,提高婚检质量和群众的满意度;加大宣传力度,提高广大群众接受婚前保健的自觉性,是扭转婚前保健工作下滑的措施。

Analyse of result of premarital medical examination from 1997 ～ 2004

Objective:To find an effective way to enhance the rate and the quantity of premarital medical examination.Methods:The data in every year list of premarital medical examination from 1997～2004 were summed up and analyzed.Results:The average rate of premarital medical examination was 47.99% from 1997～2004, that was higher in the former six years, the average rate was 60.89%. However the rate of premarital medical examination was obviously descended in 2003 and only 2.46% in 2004 (P<0.01).The average rate of detected disease was 9.96% during these 8 years. These disease were infectious disease, procreation system disease, hereditaria disease and medicine system disease.Conclusion:To make good work of premarital medical examination, the first, more policies must be given by government, for example the expenditure of base premarital medical examination gradually is free; the second, work quantity must be improved; the third, it is necessary to give a great deal publicity to mass in order to enhance their health consciousness.
