6375例中晚期孕妇胎儿畸形产前筛查超声诊断分析

目的研究超声对胎儿畸形的诊断价值.方法对6375例中晚期孕妇进行B超筛查,观察胎儿畸形的声像图特征.结果发现94例胎儿畸形,并与产后对照,诊断符合率100%.单发畸形85例,复合畸形5例,多器官畸形4例.其中中枢神经系统畸形最多见.结论超声检查对诊断胎儿畸形有重要价值,是产前诊断的首选方法.

Ultrasonographic value and analysis of fetal malformation for 6375 case of the second and third trimester of pregnany

Objeactive:To study the value of ultrasound diagnosing fetal malformation.Methods:6375 pregnant woman in the second and tird trimesterx underwent transabdominal sonography to get the ultrasonic characteristics of fetal deformities.Results:A Total of 94 fetal malformation case diagnosised with ultrasound that was the same as the postpartum diagnosis.The corncidence rate of diagnosis is 100%.Eighty-five case were with single malformation and five case were complicated.Four case had more malformations in many organs.The most common defects in all malformations were in central nervous system.Conclusions:Ultrsound is invaluable for fetal malformation diagnosis,and is the first methods of prenatal diagnosis.
