HERO-642镍钛器械在磨牙根管预备中的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨采用HERO-642系统采用冠根向深入法预备根管的临床疗效。方法：选取慢性根尖周炎需做根管治疗的患者162例（174颗牙）,随机分成两组,HERO-642机用组（实验组）和手用不锈钢器械手用组（对照组）预备根管,侧向加压充填法充填根管,根据治疗前、中、后的X线片及术后疼痛情况评价根管预备和充填的效果。结果：实验组的根管充填适充率明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,欠充率低于对照组（P〈0.01）,超充率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。根管预备锥度和流畅度比较,实验组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。术后疼痛反应比较,对照组高于实验组（P〈0.05）。结论：HERO-642冠根向深入法预备根管明显提高了磨牙根管预备、充填的质量,且术后疼痛反应较轻。

Clinical observation of HERO-642 nickel-titanium instruments in the molar root canal preparation

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the HERO-642 system used the crown and root canal preparation technique to the in-depth.Methods： Chronic periapical needed to do root canal treatment of patients 162 patients（174 teeth） were randomly divided into two groups（experiment group and control group）,HERO-642 machine and hand set with stainless steel hand instruments in root canal preparation,the lateral pressure filling root canal filling method,according to the X-ray before,during,and after treatment and postoperative pain,the root canal preparation and filling effect were evaluated.Results： The charge applicable to the root canal filling was significantly better than that of the control group（P0.05）,the experiment group due to charge rates lower than that of the control group（P0.01）,the experiment group over filling rate was higher than that of the control group,but there was no difference（P0.05）.Taper root canal preparation and the smooth flow of the experiment group than that of the control group（P0.05）.The pain response postoperation in the experiment group was higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： HERO-642 crown and root canal to the in-depth preparation technique significantly improves the molar,filling quality,and postoperative pain was mild.
