放射免疫沉淀试验检查鼠疫FI抗体诊断标准的研究

用放射免疫沉淀试验对云南省鼠疫历史疫区、非鼠疫疫区、现疫流行区、当年分离出鼠疫菌的地区共计48个县(市)、40种动物、14149份标本进行了检查。研究结果表明,该项技术具有很高的敏感性及特异性。黄胸鼠、褐家鼠、大绒鼠、齐氏姬鼠、狗等血清试验管与正常同源血清对照管结合率(B/Bo)比值≥3可作为阳性反应标准,阳性滴度标准(SPA法)为1:80。抑制试验在RIP中可作阳性标准是否成立的复判手段。结果同时表明RIP也同样存在“前滞现象”。

A Study of Diagnostic Criterion of RIP to Detection of Antibody FI of Plague Bacillus

Total 14149 examples collected from the historical epidemic areas, current epidemic areas,the areas where Y.pestis has been isolated and unknown areas in 48 counties of Yunnan. Those samples have been examined by radio-immuno precipita-tionassay ( RIP ) for the FI antibody against Y.pestis and the results demonstrate that the sensitivity and specificity of RIP test are high. The combining rate ( B/B0 ) of R.flavipectus, R.norveg-icus, E.miletus, and A.chevrieri and the normal sera from same origin ≥ 3 may be used as a criterion of positive reaction. The criterion of positive titer is 1:80 (SPA method ) and 1 : 20 ( double antibody method ) . The RIP test may be used as a means to judge the positive criterion. The results of RIP test demonstrated the presence of prezone phenomenon also.
