摘    要:目的:了解北京市新生儿窒息死亡的状况。方法:分析1998~2002年北京市新生儿窒息死亡的监测资料。结果:北京市新生儿窒息死亡专率总体水平趋于下降,地区分布显示,城区占17·02%~22·22%,近郊区占39·68%~48·94%,远县占30·77%~38·00%;93%以上的窒息新生儿死前在市、县级医院就诊,92%以上的窒息新生儿死前经住院治疗。结论:新生儿窒息复苏培训对北京市新生儿窒息死亡专率的下降起了重要作用;近郊区、远县窒息新生儿死亡构成比高于城区,提示应在此地区建立转运体系,并进行危重病儿征象识别的培训。建议在开展新生儿窒息复苏培训的同时,加大力量开展对产前防治窒息的应用性研究,力争在提高人口素质的前提下降低新生儿窒息死亡率。

Abstract:Objective:To know situation of newborn asphyxia death in Beijing. Methods:To Analyze the data of newborn death in Beijing during 1998~2002. Results:In general, the newborn asphyxia specific mortality rate tend to decrease from 1.31‰ in 1998 declined to 0.93% in 2002. Distribution of area shows 17.02%~22.22% in city, 39.68%~48.94% in the area of near the central of city,30.77%~38.00% in rural area. The proportion of newborn go to the hospital at city and county level, before death is 93% higher and 92% higher were admitted. Conclusion:Training for neonatal resuscitation play an important role in decreasing neonatal asphyxia specific mortality .The fact that proportion of neonatal asphyxia death in rural area is higher than the others predict transportion system should be found and training for identification risk sign.Suggest stress on applying study on prevention and treatment asphysia in pregnancy as well as training for neonatal resuscitation and try to reduce neonatal asphyxia specific mortality rate in raising quality of population circumstances.
