膦甲酸钠滴眼液治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的临床研究

目的：观察和比较3％膦甲酸钠和0．1％无环鸟苷滴眼液治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效和安全性，方法：对门诊164例单纯疱疹性角膜炎病人进行多中心,双盲，平行组对照和开放试验等方面进行检查治疗。结果：膦甲酸钠组治愈率为65．00％，有效率为85．00％，无环鸟苷组分别为41．27％，69．84％，开放组分别为43．90％和75．61％。经统计学分析：治愈率有统计学显著性（P＝0．01），有效率有显著性（P＝0．05），膦甲酸钠滴眼液疗效优于无环鸟苷滴眼液，并未发现全身性毒副作用，仅有轻微一过性眼部刺激，其发生率与对照组相似。结论：膦甲酸钠滴眼液疗效较无环鸟苷滴眼液佳，且使用安全。

Clinical research on treatment of herpes simplex keratitis with foscarnet sodium eye drops

Objective:Both efficiency and safety about 3% foscarnet sodium and 0 1% acyclovir eye drops on treatment of 164 cases of herpes simplex keratitis were observed and compared.Methods:The cases of herpes simplex keratitis in the out-patient departments were examined and treated with double blinded and parallel-grouped contrast methods in multicentre study. Results:65% cured rate and 85 00?ficient rate were found in the foscarnet sodium group while 41 27% and 69 84% in the acyclovir group, and 43 90% and 75 61% in the open-patient-group respectively.Statistically,both cured and effective rates show significant difference ( P=0 01,P=0 05 ).Neither systemic toxicity nor side-effect was found.There is transitorily stimulated feelings to the eyes only,in which detected rate is similar to the one of the contrast group.Conclusion: The effect from foscarnet sodium eye drops is better than that of acyclovir ones. And it is safe when employed.So our suggestion is that the foscarnet sodium eye drops could be extensively used.
