| 摘 要： | 本文报道应用唾液中孕酮和雌二醇的放射免疫测定方法,探讨服用炔诺酮探亲片和18-甲基炔诺酮事后片后对卵巢功能的影响以及观察前列腺素E_2(sulprostone)抗早孕后排卵功能的恢复。唾液激素测定所得的结果,与血清的测定结果基本一致,能够反映卵巢功能,有助于分析避孕药的作用机理。唾液标本容易收集,便于临床连续观察,本方法在计划生育科研中有实用价值。

| Abstract: | Radio-immuno assays for progesterone and estradiol in saliva have been applied to the clinical researches, in studying the influence on the ovarian function after taking norethindrone as visiting pills and levonorgestrel as post-coital contraceptives and also in monitoring the resumption of the ovarian function after termination of early pregnancy by sulprostone. The levels of the two steroids in saliva were well correlated with those observed in serum. The results confirm that analysis of these hormones in saliva is a useful procedure in the family planning research. |
