康肾口服液对血清尿素氮及肌酐水平的影响

摘    要:目的 研究康肾口服液对氯化汞致家兔急性肾病模型血清尿素氮及肌酐水平的影响。方法 将家兔随机分为6组,其中5组为家兔急性肾病模型,一组为空白对照组,取血清,20℃保存备用,测定血清中血肌酐和尿素氮的含量。结果 康肾口服液组可显著降低造模所致家兔血清尿素氮水平的升高(P〈0.01),可明显降低血清肌酐水平的升高(P〈0.05),以大、中剂量康肾口服液组对家兔急性肾病模型血清尿素氮及血清肌酐水平降低作用为好。结论 康肾口服液有显著降低血清尿素氮及肌酐水平的作用。

Abstract:objective: to study kidney-Kang oral liquid on acute nephropathy model in rabbits induced by mercuric chloride effects of urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels. Method: rabbits randomly divided into 6 groups, 5 groups in rabbit model of acute nephropathy, respectively, take the serum,-20 ° c to save an alternate, determination of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in serum by HPLC. Results: the Group kidney oral liquid can significantly reduce the model in rabbits induced by elevated levels of serum urea nitrogen (P<0.01), provides significantly lower serum creatinine levels rise (P<0.05), to large group, dose medicine kidney oral liquid on acute nephropathy model in rabbit serum urea nitrogen levels as well. In large group, dose medicine kidney oral liquid on acute nephropathy model in rabbit serum creatinine levels as well. Conclusion: kangshen oral solution has significantly reduced serum urea nitrogen and creatinine levels.
