B-Lynch缝线术在26例剖宫产产后出血治疗中的应用

目的：观察B-Lynch缝线术在剖宫产宫缩乏力性产后出血治疗中的应用效果。方法：回顾性分析我院2004年7月～2009年12月应用B-Lynch缝线术治疗剖宫产宫缩乏力性产后出血病例26例的临床资料,与同期14例患者的资料进行对比。结果：治疗组有效25例,有效率为96.15%;出血量平均（716±108）ml;1例胎盘早剥术后仍有较多出血转上级医院行双侧髂内动脉栓塞治疗,无并发症发生。对照组有效12例,有效率为85.71%,其中,1例转上级医院行子宫动脉栓塞治疗,1例行子宫切除治疗;出血量平均（821±113）ml,发生产褥病3例,产褥病率为21.43%。两组治疗有效率、出血量、并发症比较,均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：B-Lynch缝线术治疗剖宫产宫缩乏力性产后出血具有操作简单、安全的优点,临床疗效满意。

Application of B-Lynch suture technique in 26 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage

Objective：To observe the effect of B-Lynch suture in cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.Methods：The clinical data of 26 patients who used B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section uterine inertia in our hospital from July 2004 to December 2009 were retrospectively analyzed,and compared with the information of 14 patients over the same period.Results：In the treatment group,25 cases were effective（96.15%）,the average amount of bleeding was（716±108） ml,1 case was still more bleeding after placental abruption hospital-line switch to a higher level of bilateral internal iliac artery embolization,no complications occurred.In the control group,12 cases were effective（85.71%）.1 case of higher transferred uterine artery embolization hospital treatment,a routine hysterectomy treatment;the average amount of bleeding was（821±113） ml,puerperal morbidity occurred in 3 cases（21.43%）.There were significant differences on the treatment efficiency,the amount of bleeding,complications of the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section uterine inertia is simple,safe and the effect is satisfactory.
