米索前列醇与催产素用于足月妊娠引产的效果分析

目的探讨米索前列醇用于足月妊娠引产的效果及安全性。方法360例足月妊娠初产妇随机分为两组，米索前列醇组（A组）180例，用米索前列醇25μg阴道后穹隆放药引产；催产素组（B组）180例，用催产素引产。结果米索前列醇用于足月妊娠引产有效率及用药后宫颈成熟提高程度高于催产素，阴道分娩率高于催产素，总产程明显短于催产素，产后出血及新生儿窒息率两组差异无显著性。结论米索前列醇用于足月妊娠引产是一种安全、有效、方便的引产方法。

Effect of misoprostol and oxytocin of induced uterogestation

Objective To investigate the effect and security of misoprostol and oxytocin of uterogestation induce. Methods 360 cases of uterogestation were randomly divided into two groups, including Misoprostol group （180 cases） treated with misoprostol and Oxytocin group （180 cases） treated with oxytocin. Results The rate of artificial labor, the vaginal delivery and cervix mature level after medication in Misoprostol group were much higher than that in Oxytocin group. The total stage of labor of Misoprostol group was much shorter than that in Oxytocin group. The rate of postpartum hemorrhage and apnoea neonatorum were no significance difference between the two groups. Conclusion Misoprostol is safe, effective and convenient for uterogestation induce.
