| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨前Ｓ１抗原在无症状ＨＢｓＡｇ携带者血液，尿液和唾液中的存在情况及其与指标的相互关系。方法：收集７３例无症状ＨＢｓＡｇ携带者的血液、尿液和唾液标本各７３份，采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测ＨＢｓＡｇ，ＨＢｅＡｇ，前ＳＩ抗原和前Ｓ２抗原：用斑点杂交法测ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To study the presence of Pre S1 antigen in the blood,urine and saliva of asymptomatic HBsAg carriers and the relation to the other signs Methods:The 73 blood,urine and salive were collected from 73 asymptomatic HBsAg carriers respective ly;HBsAg,HBeAg,Pre S1 antigen and Pre S2 antigen were detected with ELISA kit,and HBV-DNA with nucleic acid hybridization Results:The detectable rate of Pre S1 antigen were 58 9%,16 4% and 10 9% in the three types samples respectively HBeAg and Pre S2 antigen could be alternated by Pre S1 antigen The positive rate of Pre S1 antigen was higher in blood than in urine and in saliva Conclusions:(1)The Pre S1 antigen can be detected in the blood,urine and saliva of asymptomatic HBsAg carriers;(2)The Pre-S1 antigen may be a good marker to indicating viral replication and infectivity of HBV infection |
