抗癌中药浸出液中微量元素的测定分析

目的：中药微量元素的研究已引起国内外学者的重视，并做过不少工作，但未见集中探讨抗癌中药者。方法：采用精确的ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法（高频电感耦合等离子体——原子发射光谱）和双向蒸发发射光谱法，测定了４１种抗癌中药浸出液的Ｐｂ、Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｃｒ、Ｎｉ、Ｔｉ、Ｍｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｓｒ、Ｂａ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ、Ａｌ、Ｍｏ、Ｂ、Ｐ、Ｓｉ、Ｎａ、Ｋ等１９种微量元素的含量。结果：在测定的４１种中药中，Ｍｎ、Ｚｎ、Ｓｉ、Ｃｕ含量明显为高。结论：初步证实与这些药物的抗癌作用似有一定的关系

The Determination of Trace Element in Extract of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: A study of trace element of traditional Chinese Herbs have been respect by scholar of all country on world,and have been made more works.But have been no found a explore for trace element of anticancerous traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: We determined the Pb,Zn,Cu,Cr,Ni,Ti,Mn,Fe,Sr,Ba,Ca,Mg,Al,Mo,B,P,Si,Na,K,etc 19 kind trace elements in extract of 41 genus anticancerous Traditional Chinese Medicine,with ICP AES determination and double direction evaporation radial spectrometry.Results: The result suggested that the levels of manganese.Zinc、Silicon、copper were more higher in the extracts of 41 genus anticancerous traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion: We have initial confirmed the levels of trace elements(Mn,Zn,Si,Cu)was strongly related to the anticancerous-effect in these anticancerous traditional Chinese medicine.
