脂肪细胞因子在糖尿病发生发展过程中作用机制的研究进展

摘    要:脂肪组织不仅是储存脂肪的器官,更是机体内一个重要的内分泌组织[1],其分泌的许多活性物质,如脂联素、瘦素、肿瘤坏死因子、抵抗素等参与人体的许多生理病理过程,在维持机体代谢平衡方面发挥着重要的作用,包括葡萄糖、脂质代谢和能量平衡,尤其在胰岛素抵抗(IR)形成的过程有着不可或缺的作用。研究表明,糖尿病早期最主要的干预手段是改善胰岛素的抵抗[2],脂肪细胞因子水平的低下是发生发展为糖尿病的原因之一[3]。现将几种重要的脂肪细胞因子与糖尿病前期及糖尿病以及糖尿病并发症的关系及其研究进展阐述如下。

Research progress on the mechanism of action of adipocytokines in the development of diabetes
Abstract:Adipose tissue is not only an organ for storing fat,but also an important endocrine tissue in the body.Many active substances secreted by it,such as adiponectin,leptin,tumor necrosis factor and resistin,are involved in many physiological and pathological processes in the human body,which play an important role in maintaining the body''s metabolic balance,including glucose,lipid metabolism and energy balance,especially in the process of insulin resistance(IR) formation.Studies have shown that the most important intervention in early diabetes is to improve insulin resistance,and low levels of adipocytokines are one of the causes of the development of diabetes.The relationship between several important adipocytokines and pre-diabetes and diabetes and diabetic complications and its research progress are described below.
