Abstract: | Objective To help medical staff understand the general rule of occurrence of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine by analyzing the occurrence of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine and the characteristics of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine in a hospital in Liaoning, so as to ensure that patients'' clinical medication is more reasonable, safer and more effective.Methods 254 cases of adverse drug reaction reports of traditional Chinese medicines reported to the National Center for Adverse Drug Reactions in a hospital in Liaoning from 2012 to 2019 were selected by using retrospective research method.According to the year of occurrence, patient age,sex, drug dosage form, route of administration, related systems and clinical symptoms were analyzed.Results The adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine were frequent among patients aged 60 years and above, mainly with traditional Chinese medicine injections(77.95%).The top 5 reports of adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicines were all traditional Chinese medicine injections, and the first ranked drug was thrombosis for injection (frozen dry).The most common adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine were skin and accessory damage.Conclusion The monitoring and reporting of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine should be strengthened, to ensure the rational use of drugs in the clinic. |
