miRNA表达水平对缺血性脑卒中作用机制的研究进展
摘    要:缺血性脑卒中(IS)发病率具有增高的趋势,目前缺乏诊断IS敏感的特异性生物学标志物。miRNA因其组织特异性强、易于放大信号通路、平均半衰期较长、能够反复冻融等优点,故其作为生物标志物已成为诊断IS的研究热点。本文综述了在IS中对细胞具有保护与损伤作用的miRNA及其作用机制,并且讨论了对于IS具有潜在诊断价值的miRNA,以及有助于确定IS分期的miRNA,以期为IS的研究、临床诊断及治疗提供新思路、新靶点。

Research progress on action mechanism of miRNA expression levels on ischemic stroke
Abstract:The incidence of ischemic stroke (IS) is increasing,but currently there is no sensitive specific biomarkers for the diagnosis of IS.MiRNAs have become a research hotspot in the diagnosis of IS because of their strong tissue specificity,easy amplification of signal pathways,long average half-life,and ability of repeated freezing and thawing.This article reviews the miRNAs that protect and damage cells in IS and their mechanism of action,discusses the miRNAs with potential diagnostic value for IS as well as the miRNAs that help determine the IS stage in order to provide new ideas and new targets for the study,clinical diagnosis and treatment of IS.
