| 摘 要： | 目的研究Stathmin蛋白表达与星形胶质细胞瘤分级的关系。方法免疫组化方法检测Stath-min蛋白在脑胶质细胞瘤62例和正常脑组织20例中的表达。结果星形胶质细胞瘤组织中stathmin阳性率为77.4%（48/62）,正常脑组织中Stathmin阳性率为30.0%（6/20）,两组之间差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。良性胶质细胞瘤（Ⅰ级＋Ⅱ级）中的阳性率为46.2%（12/26）,恶性胶质细胞瘤（Ⅲ级＋Ⅳ级）中阳性率为100%（36/36）,两者之间差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论 Stathmin蛋白表达与星形胶质细胞瘤分级有关,可作为判别星形胶质细胞瘤分化程度的指标之一。
