军队离退休老干部主观幸福感与社会支持、生活事件和健康状况的相关研究

目的探讨生活事件、社会支持及健康状况等因素对军队离退休老干部主观幸福感的影响。方法研究对象为北京市186例军队离退休老干部。调查采用问卷方式，影响因素涵盖年龄、性别、受教育程度、家庭结构、收入情况、家庭氛围、自评健康状况、体检健康状况和领悟社会支持及生活事件等。数据采用SPSS13．0软件进行统计分析。结果社会支持、生活事件、健康状况、年龄及家庭气氛与军队离退休老干部的主观幸福感有显著相关。社会支持、生活事件及他评健康状况可用来预测军队离退休干部的主观幸福感（标准化回归系数分别为-0．293、0．292和0．165），可解释总变异的36．3％。结论社会支持、生活事件及健康状况对军队离退休老干部的主观幸福感能产生直接影响，可作为评价军队离退休老干部主观幸福感的预测指标。

Effects of social support, life events and health conditions on subjective well-being in retired military staff

Objective To explore how life events, social support and health conditions affect the subjective wellbeing of the retried veterans. Methods A samples of 186 retried veterans in Beijing was selected and questionnaire survey was used to investigate the relationship between well-being of retried veterans and ages, sex, education level, family structure, income, family atmosphere, self-rated health status, physical health, perceived social support and life events. SPSS 13.0 was introduced to execute statistical analyses. Results Social support, life events, health conditions, age, and family atmosphere were related to the subjective well-being. Perceived social support, life events, and non-self-evaluated health status could be used to estimate the subjective well-being of the retried veterans. The correlation coefficients were - 0. 293, 0. 292 and 0. 165, respectively. Conclusions Social support, life events and health status could affect the well-being of retried veterans, directly, and these factors could be used as indexes to access the well-being of retried veterans.
