摘    要:目的对某无缝钢管建设项目职业病危害因素识别与预评价。方法采取类比法和定量分级法进行评价。结果该建设项目职业病危害因素主要是溶剂汽油、苯系物、乙酸乙酯、二氧化碳、一氧化碳、氮氧化物、二氧化硫、硫化氢、石墨粉尘、硼砂烟尘、氧化铁皮粉尘、噪声和辐射热等。结论该拟建工程属严重职业病危害建设项目,项目设计自动化程度较高,职业卫生防护设施基本齐全、可行。并认为选好类比对象和全面识别职业病危害因素是做好建设项目职业病危害预评价工作的关键。

Abstract:Objective To pre-evaluate and identify occupational hazards of a steel tube construction project. Methods The methods of analogue and quantificational classification were applied. Results The major occupational hazards in the construction project were gasolene, benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, graphite dust, borax dust, alloys dust, noise, radiant heat etc. Conclusion The construction project has severe occupational hazards. Most productive process are automated, and the hygienic protective facilities for occupational hazards are effective and enough. It is essential in pre-evaluating occupational hazards to select a right analogue and to recognize all occupational hazardous factors in the construction project.
