成人不典型结核性脑膜炎21例临床分析

目的提高对不典型结脑的临床认识，及早诊治。方法对２１例成人不典型结脑病例临床分析。结果２１例不典型结脑经做腰穿化验脑脊液、做ＣＴ检查等确诊，行抗痨治疗６月～１５年，大部分病例恢复正常，个别留有后遗症，２例死亡。结论对有不典型表现的各型结核病人应早做脑脊液化验、ＣＴ检查等除外结脑

Adult's atypicaltuberculosis meningitis (A report of 21 cases)

Objective To improve clinical understanding of atypical tuberculosis meningitis and to find it out and cure it earlier.Methods Twenty-one patients with atypical tuberculosis meningitis were analyzed.Results The diagnosis was made with lumbar puncture,hydrocephalus test and CT scan.After six months to one and a half years'treatment,most of them recovered,one of the patients existed with sequela,and 2 died.Conclusion The patients who have atypical clinical syndromes should be done lumbar puncture,cerebrospinal fluid test and CT.
