| 摘 要： | 情商是相对于智商的一个概念，情商能力不是与生俱来，而是后天培养训练的结果。由于家庭、社会、学校以及自身原因，目前大学生情商发展存在一些问题。该文分析情商教育的重要性及当代大学生情商水平存在的普遍问题，探讨如何进行情商教育。

| Abstract: | EQ, a concept as compared to IQ,which is not with living, but is result of education in the course of growth. Because of all kinds of reasons from family, society, school and oneself, some problems exist in the EQ development of our country＇s undergraduates. This paper analyzes the intension, function and present situation of emotional quotient on contemporary college students, and probes into how to conduct the education of emotional quotient. |
