基于互联网的中西医结合高血压管理平台设计思路

目的] 通过搭建中西医结合高血压管理平台，患者可进行便捷、高效、精准的自我管理，主管医师可远程浏览、回顾患者的生命体征、症状、服药等信息，最终达到提升高血压患者的疾病控制率以及生活质量的目的。方法] 平台由高血压网络数据库、高血压智能管理应用程序（APP）以及智能可穿戴设备构成。聘请具有计算机系统开发资质的研究者共同完成高血压网络数据库、高血压智能管理APP的初期开发。由中标的医疗仪器厂家提供配套的智能可穿戴设备，并保留单项数据传输端口供高血压网络数据库采集患者数据。结果] 1）依托网络云平台建立的高血压网络数据库体系结构采用Browser/Server模式，可实现系统登录、用户管理、资源维护、信息获取、数据储存、数据处理等功能。存储包括患者个人信息、健康数据、医院导览、网站链接、服药提醒、慢病调查、科普宣传等信息数据。科普宣传中将中医药作为优势板块进行搭建，例如给予不同证型和体质高血压患者相应的药食、运动建议，介绍太极拳、八段锦、穴位按压等简便易行的非药物辅助治疗。2）高血压智能管理APP体系结构均采用Client/Server模式，并可分为医生版与患者版。医生版APP实现患者信息编辑、科普推送图文编辑、患者既往数据回顾等功能；患者版APP主要包含数据展示、智能提醒、医患沟通等双向交互式功能。3）智能可穿戴设备因操作简便、监测及时、数据客观而被选定为高血压管理平台的数据采集端，主要实现测量方案选定、智能危急值提醒、健康数据采集、信息云端传输等功能。结论] 平台设计目前已于天津中医药大学第一附属医院开展非营利性试点推广。高血压智能管理APP起到了患者与医师之间的桥梁作用。患者的健康信息在APP中得到可视化、趋势化地展示，既能加强患者对疾病的自我认识、自我管理，也能为经管医师指导防治疾病提供临床依据，最终达到提高患者疾病控制率以及生活质量的目的。

Design ideas of hypertension management platform with integrated Chinese and Western medicine based on internet

Objective] By building a hypertension management platform of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,patients can carry out convenient,efficient and accurate self-management and the competent doctors can remotely browse and review the vital signs,symptoms,medication and other information of patients to improve the disease control rate and quality of life of patients with hypertension.Methods] The platform consists of hypertension network database,hypertension intelligent management application(APP) and intelligent wearable devices. The research institute with computer system development qualification is invited to complete the initial development of hypertension network database and hypertension intelligent management APP. The bid winning medical instrument manufacturer shall provide matching intelligent wearable equipment,and reserve single data transmission port for hypertension network database to collect patient data.Results] 1) The architecture of hypertension network database based on network cloud platform adopts browser/server mode,which can realize system login,user management,resource maintenance,information acquisition,data storage,data processing and other functions. The storage includes patient''s personal information,health data,hospital guide,website link,medication reminder,chronic disease investigation,science popularization and other information data. Traditional Chinese medicine is used as a dominant part in the popular science publicity,such as giving the corresponding medicine and food and exercise suggestions to patients with hypertension of different syndrome types and constitution,and introducing simple and easy non drug auxiliary treatment such as Taijiquan,Baduanjin and acupoint pressing. 2) The architecture of hypertension intelligent management APP adopts client/server mode and can be divided into doctor version and patient version. The doctor version APP realizes the functions of patient information editing,popular science push text editing,and patient data review; the patient version APP mainly includes data display,intelligent reminder,doctor-patient communication and other two-way interactive functions. 3) Intelligent wearable device is selected as the data acquisition terminal of hypertension management platform because of its simple operation,timely monitoring and objective data. It mainly realizes the functions of measurement scheme selection,intelligent critical value reminder,health data collection,information cloud transmission,etc.Conclusion] The platform design has been carried out in the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Hypertension intelligent management APP plays a bridge between patients and doctors. The visualization and trend display of patients'' health information in APP can not only strengthen patients'' self-awareness and self-management of the disease,but also provide clinical basis for doctors to guide the prevention and treatment of diseases,and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the disease control rate and quality of life of patients.
