| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT在乏脂肪肾错构瘤(RAML)诊断中的价值.方法 对12例经病理证实的乏脂肪肾错构瘤的MSCT资料进行回顾性分析.结果 12例共18个病灶均表现为实质性肿块,7个病灶呈较均一软组织密度,11个病灶内显示少量脂肪密度,1例伴出血灶,增强扫描皮质期呈均匀或不均匀明显强化,但低于肾皮质强化,分泌期肿块呈持...
