| 摘 要： | 320例智力低下患者的染色体检查中,异常者64例,发生率20％。其中数目异常53例,占异常者82.8％;结构异常11例。占异常者17.19％。探讨了智力低下的病因及异常染色体核型与表型间的关系。

| Abstract: | Among 320 cases patients with hypophrenia was observed, chromosome aberration of 64 cases, the incidence rate was 20%.In which, the number aberration was 53 cases (82.8% ). Chromosome structural aberration was 11 cases( 17.19% ) .We also studies the cause of hypophrenia and the relation between karyotype and phenotype of aberrational chromsome. |
