开瑞坦联合内舒拿喷鼻剂治疗变应性鼻炎疗效观察

目的观察开瑞坦联合应用内舒拿喷鼻剂治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法将门诊90例常年变应性鼻炎患者随机分3组,每组30人,通过症状分级评定将单用开瑞坦与联合应用内舒拿的疗效和对照组进行对比。结果治疗组1显效15例(50%),有效11例(37%),无效4例(13%),总有效率87%;治疗组2显效18例(60%),有效10例(33%),无效2例(7%),总有效率93%,对照组显效6例(20%),有效9例(30%),无效15例(50%),总有效率50%。结论单用开瑞坦治疗变应性鼻炎是很有效的,如果联合应用内舒拿喷鼻剂治疗效果更满意。

The clinic observation to the allergic rhinitis treated by clarityne and nasonex

Objective To observate the clinic effect to the Allergic Rhinitis Treated by Clarityne and Nasonex.Method To divide 90 patients with allergic rhinitis into three groups according to grade of the their symptom: Treatment group 1 has 30 patients treating with Clarityne,Treatment group 2 has 30 patients treating with Clarityne Nasonex vgroup and control group has 30 patients treating with chlorphenamine.Result 15(50%)patients have excellence effect,11 (37%)patients is in effect,and 4(13%)patients is invalid in the treatment group1.18(60%)patients have excellence effect,10(33%)patients is in effect,and 2(7%)patients is invalid in the treatment group 2.6(20%)patients have excellence effect,9(30%)patients is in effect,and 15(50%)patients is invalid in the control group1.Conclusion The Clarityne has effective on the allergic rhinitis andthere is more effective on the allergic rhinitis application with Clarityne and Nasonex.
