| 摘 要： | 生后视觉发育存在"敏感期",在此期间视觉神经系统具有经验依赖的可塑性.复习文献,对视皮层NMDAR、NTs及相关基因在发育敏感期不同时限的表达规律以及视觉经验对皮层神经元突触进行修饰、重建的作用机制作一综述.

| Abstract: | During a brief period in postnatal life, the exi stence of critical periods for experience-dependent plasticity has been clearly demonstra ted for the visual system.Recent studies have made progress in characterizing t he determinants of the plasticity. This paper reviews the role and the mechanism of NMDAR,NTs and related-gene in altering the timing of critical period of p lasticity. |
