摘    要:目的-建立白芥子中总生物碱含量测定的方法。方法:采用酸性染料比色法测定白芥子中总生物碱含量。结果:酸性染料比色法显色的条件为pH4.2的缓冲液10mL,0.04%的溴甲酚绿溶液2.0mL,三氯甲烷萃取4次,每次5mL,检测波长332nm。芥子碱硫氰酸盐在1.696~16.960μg·mL。与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率99.75%,RSD=1.16%(n=6)。结论:该方法灵敏度高,准确性,重现性好。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the method of determination of total alkaloids in Semen Sinapis alba. Methods : The Contents of total alkaloids were determined by Acid dye colorimetry. Results: Acid dye color conditions : pH 4. 2 buffer 10 mL,0.04 % bromocresol green liquid 2. 0 mL,chloroform extraction four times,each time use 5 mL, and the wavelength was at 332 nm. The linear range of Sinapine thiocyanate was 1. 696 - 16. 960 μg·mL^-1 ,the mean recovery was 99.75 % ,RSD = 1.16 % (n = 6). Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility.
