| 摘 要： | 目的：研究补骨脂药材中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的含量与其饱满程度的相关性。方法：同批药材根据饱满程度不同进行分组，各组分别测定补骨脂素与异补骨脂素的含量。结果：饱满样品的含量明显低于干瘪样品的含量。结论：补骨脂中补骨脂素及异补骨脂素的含量与其外观饱满程度明显有关。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the correlation between the content of Psoralen and lsopsoralen m Fructus psoraleae and the satiation degree of Fructus psoraleae. Methods： The content of Psoralen and Isopsoralen in Fructus psoraleae which grouped by its satiation degree were determined by CHP＇ s method （2005） of Fructus psoraleae. Results： The content of Psoralen and Isopsoralen in Fructus psoraleae which belong to different groups was clearly difference. The content of Psoralen and Isopsoralen in Fructus psoraleae with full appearances is lower than that of with wizened appearances. Conclusion：The content of Psoralen and Isopsoralen in Fructus psoraleae is obviously related to its external satiation degree |
