白术花蕾控制技术研究

摘    要:目的:通过对白术控蕾技术研究获得能取代传统的人工摘蕾方法。方法:采用灭芽灵(25%氟节胺EC)、芽敌(30.2%抑芽丹AS)、用茶剪剪花梗以及常规人工摘蕾方法,分析不同控蕾方法对白术产量、成本的影响。结果:在主茎花蕾80%以上达到直径12~15mm时喷施70倍液芽敌(抑芽丹)效果最好,667m2增产77.1kg、增效800多元。结论:喷施芽敌可以达到控蕾、节本、增效的目的。

Abstract:Objective: To study the optimal control technique of bud to instead of manpower. Methods: Comparison of spraying 25 % amine fluoride section EC, 30.2 % maleie hydraride, cutting pedicel with tea shear as well as traditional manpower bud removal technique effect on yield. Results: The optimal technique is spraying 70 times 30.2 % maleic hydrafide to plant which 80 % of the main stem buds grew to 12 - 15 mm in diameter, that technique increased 77.1 kg and 800 RMB every 667 square meter. Conclusion: The technique of spraying maleic hydraride was effective on bud-controlling, cost-saving and benefitincreasing.
