| 摘 要： | 目的：制定知母种子检验方法，为知母种子检验规程及质量分级的制定奠定基础。方法：参照中国农作物种子检验规程对知母种子的扦样、净度分析、真实性鉴定、千粒重、含水量、发芽率、生活力等指标进行了测定。结果与结论：通过对知母种子7项指标的测定，初步建立了知母种子质量检验方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： The aim of this study was to optimize the testing methods of seed quality, and provide a basis for establishing seed testing rules and quality grading standard of Anemarrhena asphodeloides. Methods：Referring to the Rules for agricultural seed testing（GB/T 3543-1995） issued by China, the items including purity analysis, weight of 1 030 seeds, verifica- tion of genuineness, moisture content, percentage germination, seed viability have been tested. Results and Conclusion：Based on the study of these items, the seed testing methods of Anemarrhena asphodeloides have been initially established. |
