银胡退热颗粒含量分析方法研究

摘    要:目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定银胡退热颗粒中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为AiltimaC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液(13:87),流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为327nm。结果:绿原酸浓度在4.8~28.8μg呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997);平均回收率为100.8%,RSD=1.51%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、准确,可用于中药银胡退热颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective:To establish HPLC method for the content dermination of chlorogenic acid in Yinhu granules. Methods: The sample were separated on an AiltimaC18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm) with the moblie phase ofCH3 CN -0.4 % H3PO4 (13:87). Flow rate was 1 mL · min-1. The detective wavelength was set at 327 nm. Results: The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 4. 8 -28.8 p,g( r = 0. 999 7 ) with an average recovery of 100. 8 % (RSD =1.75 %, n = 9 ). Conclusion: The established method is simple and accurate for the quality control of Yinhu granules.
