摘    要:目的:筛选瘤果黑种草子的最佳提取工艺条件。方法:以芦丁含量和醇提浸膏得率为指标,采用L9(3^4)正交试验法,考察醇提的工艺条件,即加醇量、提取时间、提取次数。结果:最佳提取工艺为加醇16倍,煎煮2次,每次1h。结论:该研究试验结果可靠,最佳工艺条件适合批量生产。

Abstract:Objective: To screen the best extraction conditions for Nigella glanduliJera Freyn.. Methods: The optimum preparation process was investigated by L9 (34) orthogonal design with the content of Rutin and extracta sicca yield as index. The chief factors influencing the extraction efficiency include ethanolconsumption, extracted time, extracted times. Results: The optimum extracting conditions was adding 16 times amount of ethanol, extracting 2 times and boiling for 1 h each time. Conclusion: The result is credible. The optimal extracting conditions can be used for batch production.
