| 摘 要： | 目的：测定芩黄颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，流动相：甲醇-0．2％磷酸溶液（44：56）；流速：1．0mL·min-1；检测波长：276nm；柱温：35℃；进样量：20μL。结果：黄芩苷在4．0～40．0μg·mL-1线性关系良好（r=0．9999）平均回收率为99．72％，RSD=1．26％（n=6）。结论：方法可靠，简单可行，可作为芩黄颗粒的质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | Objective：To determine the content of baicalin in Qinhuang granules. Methods： Baicalin was detected by HPLC. Current phase ： methyl alcohol-0. 2 % phosphoric acid （44：56 ） solution ; velocity ： 1.0 mL· min - 1 ; detection wavelength ：276 nm ; column temperature ： 35℃ ; sampling volume ： 20μL. Results ： The baicalin showed a good linear relationship at range of 4. 0 - 40, 0 μg · mL- 1, r = 0. 999 9, and the average recovery was 99. 72 % , RSD = 1. 26 % （n = 6）. Conclusion：These methods are accurate and can be used for the quality control of Qinhuang Granules. |
